PRE ORDERS: All towels purchased with a Pre Order will be shipped out at the same time with your Pre Order.

If you would like half your order sent you must accept the additional shipping fee of $10AUD

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, NSW, Australia

We offer FREE worldwide Shipping on all orders over $150AUD.

Standard shipping on orders under $150AUD is a flat rate of $10AUD AU/NZ

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $12.95AUD AU/NZ only

We offer FREE international shipping on order over $150AUD

Flat rate international shipping is $20AUD on orders under $150AUD

International shipping and timeframe calculated at checkout

Once your order has left our warehouse it is the responsibility of the courier to deliver your order. While we welcome any concerns with your delivery, please refer to the courier company for assistance as well.

It is the customer's responsibility to enter the correct address details. In the event the order has to be rerouted or resent it is the customer's responsibility to cover these shipping costs

Once your order has been marked as delivered we are no longer responsible for any lost, stolen or missing parcels.
