Refund policy

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in Wetherill Park, NSW, Australia

We offer FREE worldwide shipping on all orders over $150AUD

Flat rate shipping on orders under $150AUD is $10AUD AU/NZ

We offer FREE international shipping on all orders over $150AUD

Flat rate international shipping on orders under $150AUD is $20AUD

Express shipping is also available for a flat rate of $12.95AUD for AU/NZ ONLY

Please allow up to two business days for your order to be shipped out.

Shipping fee is non refundable 

We have a 14-day returns policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. You then have 30 days after receiving your order to ship back your item with a return label we provide. We do not accept returns after 30 days. No returns or refunds are available for gift card purchase.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition
that you received it, unworn or unused and in its original packaging.
Prior to returning your item you must notify us at
contact@toddytowel.com with your order number.

If item has been washed or used and you believe it to be faulty please contact us and provide photo evidence

We do not provide replacement or refund for washed and/or used items. Please read wash instructions. We do,
however, value our customers and welcome any photo evidence and
concerns.

PRE ORDERS: All towels purchased with a Pre Order will be shipped out at the same time with your Pre Order.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We do not accept returns on items that have been washed where the item has shrunk.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We cannot accept returns on gift cards. If an item is full price and a discount code was used then you are eligible for a return.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Unclaimed Items
In the event your parcel was returned to us for being unclaimed for too long we can offer a refund on the items. Shipping cost will not be refunded. If you wish your item to be sent back out we will charge you flat shipping rate for your country.
